What are your wig policies?
A signed Wig Contract Agreement is required to process all orders. Please Click Here to fill out your contract or via email after your purchase.
Standard orders are fulfilled within 15 - 21 business days after the date of purchase.
Rush orders are fulfilled within 6-15 business days.
Business days are Monday - Friday, excluding all holidays.
You have the option to rush any order for a STARTING FEE OF $50. A SHIPPING FEE IS APPLIED TO EACH ORDER.
A tracking number will be provided to you via email once your order has been shipped. We are not responsible for your package after it is with the post office carrier.
DUE TO NATURE OF OUR PRODUCTS (HAIR EXTENSIONS, WIGS ,LACE PIECES, ETC), THERE ARE NO REFUNDS FOR SANITARY REASONS; RETURNS ARE ONLY OFFERED IF YOU RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM.
What type of wigs do you specialize in?
We specialize in custom wigs that are hand sewn with a frontal or closure, and are customized to look very natural for each client.
Is lace glue a requirement to secure my wig?
No. If you choose to get a closure wig made, you will not need any adhesive. If you are purchasing a frontal wig, to wear glueless, you must add an elastic band or you will need glue or adhesive to keep the wig down.
How long does lace glue last?
There are quite a few lace glues, so be sure to do your research to find the best glue for you. Most glue lasts Up to 7 days without excessive contact of water or sweat. (They are waterproof but not 100% guaranteed).
What do you recommend for first time wig wearers?
A closure wig is the best option if you are new to wigs as frontal wigs or full lace wigs can require a lot of maintenance if you are not familiar with them.
What are measurements used for?
Measurements are required for a custom wig only.
I will need at least 5 measurements to ensure the perfect fit (picture below). Measure 4 Wig
How will my wig stay secured?
All wigs come with straps and combs (additional fee to add elastic band)
What is shipping time?
Standard shipping is 2-4 days with USPS Carrier. Shipping time may vary during sales or peak times.
